For installations located in Greater London (within the M25), we provide direct service options for any system we installed. Our team is on hand to deliver first class services.

Repairs

Should any issues arise, our prompt and professional servicing team is ready to address and resolve them quickly. We use the latest tools and techniques to ensure minimal disruption to your security and daily operations.

Service upgrades

Occasionally, systems need additions or upgrades to meet evolving user demands. Whether it’s installing an additional phone, updating the entrance panel finish to match new door hardware, or enhancing the door release mechanism for better security, our small works department is here to help. For straightforward additions, we offer fixed pricing and can promptly schedule an engineer visit. For more complex changes, we will visit your site to understand your exact needs and then provide a detailed quotation for your consideration.

Full service

If your system is in disrepair or was installed by another company that can no longer provide maintenance and repair services, we are here to help. Our full-service option ensures your system is restored to optimal performance and continues to operate smoothly. We begin with a free assessment to determine the condition of your system and whether it is serviceable. If it is, we will provide a quotation to restore the system to full working order. After servicing your system, you can enjoy all the benefits of our service department, including the option for ongoing maintenance and repair under an annual fixed-price contract.

Our charges

Whether you buy or rent a system from us, our service engineers are always available to meet your service and maintenance needs. Customers with rental agreements, annual contracts, or within their guarantee period enjoy fully inclusive service and no call-out fees for any chargeable work that may be required. We also offer service on an ad hoc basis, with rates outlined below.
